Guide to Challenge 2

This is a guide to go from 0 to 200, 000 coins without the use of skills. This includes combat skills. This took just over 1 day for me to complete being free-to-play. Full explanation after the jump.


Start by travelling to Varrock. This is the best place as there are many specialty stores and is close to the Grand Exchange. Start by grabbing all of the free items the Archery Store, Rune Store and Weapon Store. Sell the weapons to the General Store and sell the Runes and Arrows on the GE. Go back to the general store and buy 5 of most of their stock.

Go back to the GE and try to sell those items. They earn incredible amounts of cash percentage wise if people are buying the items for junk trading.

This can be used to gain large percentage profit but not much overall profit this can be minimised by buying thread from the clothing shop, Bronze and Iron Arrows from the Archery Shop and Water and Earth Runes from the Runes Shop. Theses produce large profits but no regularly.

Once you have about 100k you can start to merchant some items. Rune Scimitars can be turned easily into 5-10k profit, Strength Potions for 2k profit and other PvP essentials are also bought at a premium. This should put you very close to your 200k profit margin. Finish it off with merching Monk Robes respawning in the Monastery.
